Family Health Center of Worcester, Inc.

The name of this organization shall be the Family Health Center of Worcester, Inc. The purpose for which the Corporation is formed is as follows: To improve the health and well-being of traditionally underserved and culturally diverse populations within the greater Worcester area by providing accessible, high-quality, respectful primary health care and social services to individuals and families. The Corporation shall carry out this mission through the practice of family medicine, behavioral health, nursing and dentistry, the operation of an urgent care facility, school-based health centers, pharmacy services, the education of health and social service consumers, the coordination of community services, the employment of community residents, and the provision of public health programs directed at early detection and disease prevention. The Corporation shall carry out its mission in full compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and City laws and requirements.
