Girls’ Leap (Lifetime Awareness and Empowerment Program)
- Promotes safety and well-being of girls, women, and their families, teaches self-defense to girls in Greater Boston
- Founded in 1997 and has served over 3000 girls since then
- Offers many programs, one is 8-10 sessions for girls 8-18 and offers Mother/Daughter Programs
- Also offers programming for older teen girls, LEAP graduates become teachers and mentors for the younger girls
