While more than three-quarters of those surveyed say that sex without a condom is not worth the risk, one-sixth believe that sex without out a condom once in a while is “not that big of a deal” and one in 10 say that “unless you have a lot of sexual partners you do not need to use condoms.” Males are twice as likely as females to say that unprotected sex occasionally is no “big deal.”
